Duties & Responsibilities
Main Duties/Key Results Areas:
- Assist with day to day administrative duties
- Assist with product research and development
- Professionally present researched material both verbally and in the written word.
- Assist with the acquisition of research materials (such as product samples and specification sheets) from new and
prospective suppliers.
- Organise, maintain and update supplier and client databases.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers on the manager’s behalf in his absence.
- All and any other related tasks and duties as requested by the Employer from time to time.

Minimum qualification and experience:
- Matric
- Related tertiary qualification advantageous
- Previous administration experience in a supportive function advantageous.
- Experience on systems such as Pastel / Syspro advantageous
- Proficient in the use of the MS Office Suite (Basic Excel, Word and Outlook skills)
Able to work independently
- Be adaptable and open minded in a fast-changing environment.
