APPLICANTS MUST HAVE



  • Qualified currently registered CA (MBA will be an advantage)

  • A clear credit and criminal record

  • Between 8 – 15 years’ experience in a medium sized concern

  • Strong exposure in inventory environs, vendor management experience

  • Strong leadership experience with broad financial exposure in retail and manufacturing industries

  • Experience in FPA&A, capital structure, stock control, costing, pricing, forex

  • Strong in negotiating financing, structuring debt, maintaining banking relationships, cash management

  • International exposure –import and export

  • Excellent communication skills (rrs)

  • Ability to contribute at board level and subsequent growth and success

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
• Direct daily activities within the various teams to meet business efficiency and execution goals
• Meet and exceed business objectives ensuing consistent achievement of all financial and operational KPIs

• Negotiate and monitor specific budgets, controlling costs as required

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
