Our client has this 3 month contract at one of their clients, an Energy Refinery.

Job Description:
- Prepare from scratch, project plans with resource loading for all off crop projects using inputs from Site Managers, Project Managers and QC Inspectors
- Provide a forward view planning service to the Project Manager regarding:
forthcoming work for next week,
subcontractor arrivals for next week,
consumables and tools requirements for next week / phase of project
- Ensure that project progress is updated weekly and that Project Managers have the latest accurate project plan
- Work with site staff to quantify progress accurately and conduct site visits to ensure reliability of information

Competencies required:
- Minimum of 5 years experience and proficiency in MS Projects and Primavera with proven track record of resource loading.
- exceptional willingness to lean, grow individually and contribute positively to the team
- Good mechanical aptitude and basic understanding of welding, pipe fitting and rigging
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and IsiZulu
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent work ethic - and individual who is prepared to put in lots of effort to derive the maximum benefit from this initial 3-month work opportunity.
