Position for Workshop Foreman / Quality Controller
Job Description
A position has become available for the above position at our Workshop.
Key responsibilities:
• Managing workshop flow, whilst adhering to completion times
• Managing and leading a team to deliver quality workmanship, productivity and efficiently
• Ensure all tasks including service, maintenance, diagnosis and repair works are performed in line with procedure and compliance requirements
• Assisting technicians with diagnosing problems
• Monitor and manage Workshop activity to ensure profitability is maximised
About you:
• You must be an experienced workshop controller/Foreman/Quality Controller
• European vehicle experience highly regarded
• Previous workshop control/supervisor experience
• Results orientated
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Strong customer service & communication skills
• Current Drivers licence and own transport
• Mechanic trade qualifications
• Full set of Hand tools
