Qualifications, Experience, Attributes
Matric / Grade 12 .
HR Management experience / courses
Operate roll forming machines, flashing line and cranking machine.
Minimum 2 to 5 yearsâ€™ experience in a production environment with a progressive company
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Minimum 2 yearsâ€™ experience in a supervisory position.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain the operations existing margin percentages by keeping wastage down
Provide accurate reports on waste / off cut management.
Ensure that subordinates are productive
Put systems in place and manage systems going forward
Ensure that staffing requirements are met
Alleviate backlogs / bottlenecks.
Supervising and motivating the team of workers
Ensure that legal obligations are met Health and Safety .
Ensure all mobile mill and factory milling jobs are to customers satisfaction.
Ensure stock gets scanned, loaded and delivered accurately. Receiving goods accurately. Routes are established and maintained effectively.
Assist sales staff with their duties when needed
Marketing-Liaising with the Wip Supervisor to prioritize orders to offer service excellence to the customer base .
Ensure timeous processing of manufacturing document into the factory. ***email***
