EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent Role
SECTOR: Procurement / Buying Division.
BASIC SALARY: R25 000 – R30 000 / December close / Merit bonus.
START DATE: June 2019 / by arrangement.
DUTIES
To initiate and manage purchasing / servicing / repairs for technical division
Quotes
Liaise with stores in regard to stocks, stock levels / other.
Communicate with service providers / suppliers and negotiate for pricing / delivery.
Ad hoc duties
APPLICANTS MUST HAVE
A Senior Certificate / Purchasing / Supply Chain Management qualification advantageous
A clear credit and criminal record
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement within manufacturing environs.
A strong technical acumen.
Be proficient in SYSPRO with strong excel
Possess strong negotiating skills
Excellent communication ability (read / write / speak)
The ability to contribute at management level to ensure success of teamwork.
A strong ability in project management / time lines.
