Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
Job Tasks for: Facilitator
To engage in class lecturing/ facilitating that will foster a purposeful progression in learning and which is consistent with the learning areas and programmes of subjects and grades as determined.
To be a class lecturer/ facilitator/ workshop instructor.
To prepare lessons taking into account orientation, regional courses, new approaches, techniques, evaluation aids, etc. in their field.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Required Knowledge for: Facilitator
Customer and Personal Service -- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Education and Training -- Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching, instruction for individuals/groups and assessment of learners, and the measurement of training effects. Must have a minimum background of two years industrial experience.
Abilities Required for: Facilitator
Speech Clarity -- The ability to speak clearly so others can understand you.
Oral Expression -- The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
