Purpose of the role:
• We are seeking knowledgeable advisors who will be able to give solid career advice to prospective students.
• Reach set sales targets
• Correspond with students via email and do follow ups.
• Capture accurate data.
Qualifications:
• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational)
• Marketing or Business Management .Certificate/Diploma (Recommended)
Experience
• 2 – 3 years’ experience in a sales call centre (Preferred)
Knowledge and skills:
• Professional demeanour
• Communication skills (verbal & written) in English and Afrikaans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook) at a basic level
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Self-motivated and self-disciplined
• Good problem solving techniques & negotiation skills .
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in an open plan environment
• Willing and able to work extra hours, outside normal business hours as and when required
• Clear criminal and credit record
• Negotiation skills.
Additional Requirements:
• Willing and able to work shifts within a 45hr work week (Monday – Saturday)
• Experience in the Education & Training Sector
• Residing in the Stellenbosch area.
