Purpose of the role:
â€¢ We are seeking knowledgeable advisors who will be able to give solid career advice to prospective students.
â€¢ Reach set sales targets
â€¢ Correspond with students via email and do follow ups.
â€¢ Capture accurate data.
â€¢ National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational)
â€¢ Marketing or Business Management .Certificate/Diploma (Recommended)
â€¢ 2 â€“ 3 yearsâ€™ experience in a sales call centre (Preferred)
Knowledge and skills:
â€¢ Professional demeanour
â€¢ Communication skills (verbal & written) in English and Afrikaans.
â€¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
â€¢ Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook) at a basic level
â€¢ Ability to work well under pressure
â€¢ Self-motivated and self-disciplined
â€¢ Good problem solving techniques & negotiation skills .
â€¢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
â€¢ Ability to work in an open plan environment
â€¢ Willing and able to work extra hours, outside normal business hours as and when required
â€¢ Clear criminal and credit record
â€¢ Negotiation skills.
â€¢ Willing and able to work shifts within a 45hr work week (Monday â€“ Saturday)
â€¢ Experience in the Education & Training Sector
