Banqueting experience in a large 4/5 star hotel or industrial catering experience.
Must currently be in a sous chef position, and have been a sous/head chef for more than 4 years
2 years as Chef De Partie
Airline experience â€“ highly advantageous
Experience with bulk cooking
Computer Literate (word, excel, outlook, etc)
Grade 12 and Professional Cookery Certificate will be an advantage.
Drivers licence and own vehicle an advantage.
Monitoring and evaluation of business management in department (40%)
