Position for Site Based Hr Officer (civil & Construction)
An international competitor with Civil and Construction requires a Site Based HR Officer with a predominant focus on assisting with IR, CCMA cases, wage negotiations and labour relations. This exciting position requires someone to be able to travel on a project basis to the required sites throughout the Western Cape
Relevant tertiary qualification in HR
3-5+ years experience in HR & IR industry
Human behaviour & performance knowledge (identifying an individualâ€™s
Knowledge in the Employment Equity Act, Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Workplace Law, Compensation Occupational Injuries Dispensation (COID) Act, Occupational Health & Safety Act and Bargaining Council (wages, annual leave, climatic conditions)
Disciplinary procedure and Company Code of Conduct knowledge.
Must have the ability to manage CCMA, BIBC & BCCEI disputes and resolutions.
English & isiXhosa speaking imperative
Proficient in MS packages
Must have a valid driverâ€™s license.
