Labour Costs and Overtime control.
Effectively planning manpower and continually review and improve productivity through effective resource rostering for areas under your responsibility.
Monitor employee performance to target performance and identify improvements.
Ensure that labour costs do not exceed budget or that overspends are justified.
Ensure maintenance cost per fleet, plant & Equipment are within budget.
Health and Safety.
Ensure all documentation is correctly completed and staff are adequately trained on processes.
Identify and eliminate, isolate or minimize workplace hazards.
Ensure all investigations are completed and follow up on corrective actions.
Maintain housekeeping standards.
APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:
Diploma in Management or equivalent.
At least five yearsâ€™ experience in operational or food production processes.
In-flight catering experience desirable.
Employment subject to acquiring an airside permit.
Appreciation of production targets and their impact on business performance.
Ability to implement and forecast labour planning and take remedial action when required.
Ability to do rosters, leave planning (ESS) and scheduling.
Airport Permit, no criminal records.
