Position for Property Investment Consultant
Job Description
BASIC SALARY: R15 000 + Commission (to be discussed) (Northern Suburbs)
START DATE: ASAP
Selling new development properties to prospective investors.
Helping property investors build their portfolios
Assisting property investors in achieving financial freedom through strategically buying the right investment properties.
Working very closely with the bond origination team
APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:
A National Senior Certificate.
A clear criminal and credit record
A minimum of 2 years’ New Business sales experience.
Sales, Marketing and Consulting experience
Residential property experience.
Sectional Title experience.
Property Contracts experience
Property sales processes experience
Investments experience.
Experience in dealing with high new worth clients
Trust and company knowledge (advantageous)
Property financing experience (advantageous)
