Number of live construction sites.
Common building materials used in the informal sector .
Price point of these materials new and second-hand
Options of transport companies available for construction materials - different companies and average price per load .
Deliverables
Short report providing the data above.
Locations of construction sites in Cape Town.
Based on research of construction companies develop a list of 5.
Surveys
Formulate surveys to extract information from construction companies and site managers .
Formulate surveys to extract information from informal sector business people .
Material Exchange
Management of Whatsapp Group .
Ensure bi-weekly meetings take place.
Should new material become available make the necessary arrangements .
Desired Experience & Qualification
Grade 12.
Must reside in CAPE TOWN.
Civil Engineering / Built Environment .
