Position for Procurement / Fixed Asset Clerk Required For 4 Month Temp Assignment
ï‚· Fixed Asset administration & maintenance of fixed asset register
ï‚· Physical asset verification & asset tagging
ï‚· Linking of supplierâ€™s banking details on Sage X3
ï‚· The administration of the tender process.
ï‚· Ensure all request for proposal comply with procurement policy
ï‚· Source quotes and send out tenders within stipulated timelines
ï‚· Maintenance of the supplier contracts register.
ï‚· General administration and filing of all documents related to the job
ï‚· Adhoc task as allocated by the team leader or assistant financial accountant
ï‚· Verbal and written communication skills
ï‚· Ability to withstand pressure & meet deadlines
ï‚· Must at all times be diplomatic & assertive
ï‚· Ability to work independently & use initiative along with problem solving abilities.
ï‚· Ability to build strong effective relationships with colleagues & management
ï‚· Must be a good team player & achieve objectives as set out by the supervisor.
ï‚· Must be meticulous in carrying out tasks/instructions
ï‚· Must have good interpersonal and telephone etiquette skills
ï‚· Must have good analytical skills with attention to detail
Minimum Qual & Requirements/ Exp:

ï‚· Experience in procuring goods and service req
ï‚· Experience in fixed assets administration is added adv
ï‚· Above average verbal communication and listening skills.
