Job Summary
Position for Payroll Administrator
Job Description
START DATE: June / July 2019

DUTIES
To accurately maintain staff details on files
Data capturing/up-dating information
Working with/extending contracts
Overflow/ back-up payroll (monthly only) – full function.
Work with compliance in regard to files
Support of any audit requirements
Support the Payroll Manager when needed
Ad hoc duties

COMPETENCIES
Snr Certificate/Relevant tertiary education
Credit and Criminal Clear.

APPLICANTS MUST HAVE
Between 2-3 years experience in Pastel Payroll (essential)
Handled a payroll of a headcount of at least 150 (monthly)
Be proficient in current Basic Terms and Conditions of Employment.
Be proficient in key board execution in capturing information
Proficient in Word/Excel/Pastel payroll
Have a confidential / compassionate disposition
Able to work in Southern Subs.
Be a team player
