Position for Metallurgist

Complete all Metallurgical tasks on an opencast mine.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
Grade 12 (Required);
B Degree in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering Required.
EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Four (4) years mineral processing/ gravity experience in a heavy industrial environment (Required);
Two (2) years project management experience as team project leader or supervisor (Required);
Two (2) years supervisory experience (Required);
Valid code B driving license (Required).

Continuous improvement and new technology;
Staff supervision;
Ensure adherence to SHERQ and legal standards;
Work ethics.
The successful incumbent will be appointed subject to being certified medically fit as per the Mine Health and Safety Act 29/1996 and meeting the requirements of the Company’s Code of Practice. ***email***
