Our client is seeking a Master Technician at their Somerset East Dealership, this position requires someone who will ensure Customer Satisfaction in the Service Department and repair of motor vehicles in a safe and economical manner
The main purpose of the position (KPi) is to:
To assist with customer satisfaction when customers bring their vehicles in for service or repair through the accurate execution of the service or repair ensuring the FRFT principle applies.
Key roles and responsibilities
o Execute the requirements of the allocated job cards (includes services, repairs, 80 point checks and PDIâ€™s).
o Diagnose faults.
o Maintain a safe and clean work area and tools and equipment.
o Develop self.
o Contribute to customer satisfaction.
o Manage apprentices (if applicable).
Qualifications / experience required
o Basic literacy and numeracy.
o Technical qualification.
o Driverâ€™s Licence.
o Trade tested.
o 3-4 years experience in trade. ***email***
