Description
Duties (will include but not limited to):

Management:
Plan and co-ordinate annual training schedule to meet dealer and fleet needs
Regular communication with staff, dealers and fleet owners
Manage and monitor grading processes
Application of 5S Safety Principles
Reports and analysis

Preparation:
Preparation of Training material, training aids and components
Identify new model information and training
Prepare NCF and presentations
Evaluate and maintain training standards of staff
Confirm and monitor dealer and fleet course enrollments.

Facilitation:
Professional training facilitation

Grading:
Manage OEM'S technical grading system
Maintain questionnaires and evaluations
Manage accreditation of content in terms of legislative requirements.

Regional and National Skills:
Plan Regional and National Skills activities
Plan achievement of participation objectives
Control quality and standards.

Minimum Requirements:
Qualified Motor Technician.
Relevant NQF 6 (360 credits) or N6
Minimum of 5 years relevant training and management experience.
Dealer Experience (preferable)
Master Technician (preferable)
PC literacy (strong Excel and PowerPoint skills)
