Position for Maintenance Electrician

Successfully established manufacturing company based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town is seeking to employ a Senior Electrician on a permanent basis.
Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements
Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
Minimum N3 Engineering Studies Certificate
Electrician Trade Test Certificate (Section 13/Red Seal)
Minimum of 5 years’ post-trade working experience in a technical steel/manufacturing environment
Driver’s License with own reliable transport
Skills and Knowledge Required
Extensive PLC & Drive experience (Programming skills beneficial).
Knowledge of various sensors (Inclino sensors, Read switches & encoders).
Electrical work in a plant environment.
Panels and DB Boards.
Automated machines.
Drives and/or invertors.
Generator electrical systems.
Control systems.
Mains and/or reticulation.
