Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a content/knowledge management role
Experience in a SaaS environment is preferable
Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms, including video editing software
Strong project management skills
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
