Position for Junior Lecturer Online Business Studies
Job Description
This is a full-time position based at our Ed-Tech company's offices in Observatory, Cape Town. We need Junior Lecturers who can assist students in the subjects of TVET Business Studies online courses.
The Junior Lecturer will be responsible for facilitating learning on our online platform.
Knowledge and Experience required
• good computer skills
• lecturing, teaching, training or tutoring experience (added advantage)
• a relevant national diploma (NOT a nated national diploma), degree or professional qualification (pass mark of 75% in lecturing subject),
• excellent proficiency in English
Skills required
• the ability to motivate students
• good communication skills.
• a patient and supportive approach
• organisational, planning and time management skills.
• student-centered
• excellent knowledge in particular field of study
• ownership -think about the impact of your decisions on the student and other teams
• delivering service of a high standard.
