IT SPECIALIST/TECHNICIAN
Limpopo - Tzaneen
Diagnose, repair and maintain hardware and software components to ensure the smooth running of computer systems.
EMPLOYEES SPECIFICATION
Education (Minimum required to perform job)
School : Grade 12
Post school : Must have Post graduate diploma in Computer Science or related field to apply.
Minimum Experience to apply : 5 Years’ Experience in computer networks & system maintenance.
Deadlines :Project driven deadlines
Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability, Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.
Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.
Stock Management Implement and manage IT stock system
Networks Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance.
Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
Setting up new users' accounts and profiles
Setting up and maintaining of network cabinets and internal network
Install and setup cameras for users
Maintain records and manage cameras on the network and readers
Translution :Training of users.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Manage company Office 365.
Install and troubleshoot systems including MIS, VIP, MS Office, Syspro, Translution
