Position for Incentives Coordinator
Job Description
Looking for an Incentives Coordinator for a DMC.
Experience required:
Matric
Excellent knowledge of Southern Africa
Experience with Inbound Tourism
Tourplan experience a bonus.
Drivers license and own transport.
Duties include:
Prepare customized proposals based on client brief
Implement ground arrangements & domestic / regional reservations for programs .
Negotiate with relevant suppliers
Management of financials pertaining to the event
Onsite management of actual event .
Compile detailed cost analysis and final invoicing
Travel nationally / regionally if required.
