Position for Hr Manager

Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric.
Completed Degree in Human Resources from a reputable University.
5 - 10 years HR Management experience in the manufacturing or similar industry is required
MEIBC experience will be advantageous.
Professional demeanour with a hands-on approach in the workplace
Proactive, methodical and the ability to perform under pressure.
Key Performance Areas (not limited to):
Coordination and implementation of organisational development strategies for all departments.
Recruitment and selection process.
Responsible for the effective review, design, implementation and compliance of the company’s policies, procedures and standards.
Performance management.
Responsible for skills development and training interventions, budget, compilation and submission of annual WSP and ATR.
Chairing the EE committee and monitoring EE compliance in the workplace.
Prepare, maintain and monitor health and safety statutory frameworks, policies, strategies and procedures.
Responsible for disciplinary matters (ensuring adherence to rules and regulations, attending hearings, investigations, grievances, disputes, etc.).
Job evaluations and grading’s (Calculate salary packages, determining job grading, wage negotiations, annual increases, etc.).
Other general tasks within the nature of the role.
