Position for Hr Administrator Urgently Needed
Job Description
Omega Risk Solutions urgently seeks to employ an HR Administrator for the Coastal Division based in Port Elizabeth.
Duties include
• Day-to-day functions of the HR Department (±800 employees)•Management,guidance and support•Recruit personnel•Provide guidance, administrative services & legal and social obligations•Coordinate and implement relevant training and development•Assist in implementation of disciplinary policy/procedures and legislation•Promotions,transfers, discipline,grievances and redundancy•Develop annual WSP•Compile ATR•Manage all Industrial Relations (CCMA & Labour Court)•Prepare and submit EE Report•Compiling monthly reports•Queries from both internal and external stakeholders•Processing of UI-19 etc.
Qualification and Position requirements:
•Grade 12•Degree in Human Resources Management•Human Resource Administrator for at least 5 years (2 of which at Management/Supervisory level)•Security industry experience required•Well-developed operational and administrative skills•Good communication skills (both written and oral) in English• Computer literate•Good people skills,Attentive to detail•Valid Driver’s License and own transport•Work independently and under pressure• Willing to travel for work (If/When required)
