THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :
Job purpose:
The Head of Quality will provide oversight, leadership, and guidance in the management and execution of clinical research, product research, quality assurance and quality control within a pharmaceutical company and oversee lower-level quality assurance managers, quality control Manager and Research & Development staff within a CAM manufacturing environment Contract Manufacturing Organisation. And to collaborate at a research level with company’s collaboration partners.
This position will work closely with the management to deliver the management’s strategy. This position reports to the Responsible Pharmacist and is responsible for quality oversight of end to end processes, ensuring that products or services meet established standards and with maintaining minimum requirements for accessibility, reliability, and performance.
The essential job function is to assure the company complies with all SAHPRA regulation and guidance documents. Provide direction, leadership and development to the Quality Assurance/Control and Operations staff. Develop, maintain and continuously improve the
