Position for Head Of Business Intelligence

As a key member of our organization, you'll drive the development and implementation of BI solutions to support decision-making processes across departments.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the BI team in designing and implementing data models, dashboards, and reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Drive the adoption of self-service BI tools and empower users to access and analyze data independently.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve BI capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading BI projects and teams.
• Expertise in data warehousing, ETL processes, and data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of business processes and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
