Desired Experience & Qualification
Responsibilities: (Not limited to)
Opening and closing of the hotel
Serving clients (breakfast / lunch / dinner)
Tending to all guestsâ€™ requests and needs
Assisting with conference enquiries
Making reservations (includes online GDS, Booking.com, direct bookings, Group Bookings)
Handling of petty cash.
Arranging casuals for functions, busy weekends
Assisting the General manager
Preparing and setting up functions
Improving standards, revenue and occupancy
Making sure that all reservations are dealt with and requests from guests are implemented prior to arrival.
Resolving client queries
Tending to client complaints and making sure it is handled effectively
Shift, weekend and public holiday work
Has either worked in the industry for 3 years, have a diploma in Hospitality OR at least 3 years Personal Assistant / Office Manager experience.
Must have a valid driverâ€™s licence.
Must have own transport.
Fully computer literate in MS Office
Excellent communication skills
Can work very well under pressure.
