Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
The following list of main objectives / key performance areas and job activities are not exhaustive. The executive director may instruct the employee at any time to carry out additional duties or responsibilities, which fall reasonably within the ambit of the job, or in accordance with operational requirements.
Essential Requirements Knowledge
• Administration Skills
• Fully computer literate.
• Critical thinking ability.
• Strong literacy ability.
• Quantity surveying background
• Candy System.
• JBCC and NEC contracts
• SKILLS .
• Attention to detail
• Talent in engaging and networking
• Talent in negotiating.
• Aptitude in analytical ability and working with numbers .
• Demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills
• Decision-making skills
• Conscientiousness
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure & able to evaluate high-risk decisions
• Strong system maintenance ability
• The ability to create a site sketch.
Minimum Education and Training Qualifications:
• National Diploma in Building
• BA Quantity Surveying.
Minimum Experience - Tender clerk
• 5 years of Quantity Surveying
• 2 years as junior estimator
• 1 year on site experience

SALARY: R25 000- R30 000 PER MONTH.
