A career opportunity has arisen within the Bakery Maintenance Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance to the electrical and mechanical assets as well as plant settings and synchronisation at the Bakery.
Qualification Requirements Appropriate engineering qualifications (trade test + N3 and N6)
MERSETA qualification preferred
Experience Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in baking and milling environment
Hands on knowledge of PLC and SCADA systems
Must be able to read and update electrical drawings
Experience with electrical power distribution (medium and low voltage)
Knowledge of safety checks on mechanical equipment in accordance with OHSA.
Key Outputs Ability to work outside normal working hours (shift work on a rotational basis)
Candidates are required to have their own tools
Required to work overtime as a result of breakdowns and planned maintenance when required.
