Power Paws is a professional dog walking team based in Edenvale, Gauteng. We specialise in walking dogs of all breeds and sizes in Edenvale and the surrounding suburbs.
Role Description
This part-time role is located in Edenvale and the surrounding suburbs. You will be expected to drive to walks in designated areas in Edenvale, Bedfordview, Modderfontein, Senderwood, Linksfield, Primrose and Greenstone. The Dog Walker will be responsible for providing dog walking services to clients, ensuring the safety and well-being of the dogs, cleaning up after the dogs, and communicating with clients regarding any concerns or updates.
Qualifications
• Animal Care and Pet Care skills
• Dog Behaviour and Training skills
• Excellent communication skills with clients and team members
• Ability to handle different dog breeds and sizes
• Time management and organizational skills
• Physical fitness to walk for extended periods of time and to bend, lift, and carry supplies
• Be willing to work/walk outdoors in hot and cold weather
• Prior experience in dog walking or pet care is a plus
• Certification in dog training or animal care is a plus
• Must have own, reliable transport as you are required to drive from walk to walk.
We pay R60 per walk and 1gb of data per month. Training is provided.
