Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:
â€¢ Knowledge and skill of business strategy formulation. Understand how to align business processes and design to support strategy implementation.
â€¢ Facilitate organisational change to achieve forecasted efficiencies and productivity
â€¢ Ensure optimal Distribution Fleet Mix maintained
â€¢ Identify and source trucks models/trailer types aligned to Fleet Mix requirements.
â€¢ Develop dynamic, value driven plans, delivering targeted results in line with strategy and provide the
business with the appropriate products and services at the right time, place and cost
â€¢ Responsible for ensuring standardisation of all Distribution processes across the business, monitored
through Operational and ISO audits
â€¢ Accountable for driving Distribution excellence through continuous process and system development.
â€¢ Assist in Distribution outputs, including budget setting
â€¢ Promote good corporate governance through ICC controls
â€¢ Custodian of all SAP DSD related processes and changes.
â€¢ Ensure appropriate processes in place to manage risk across Distribution activities, including cash handling
and gate security
â€¢ Manage Abnormal Maintenance of Distribution Assets: Delivery Vehicles.
