Position for Customer Care Administrator
Job Description
Location: This position is currently available in the admin department.

Competencies required:
• Matric/ Grade 12.
• 3 – 5 year experience in Admin environment
• Experience at a Legal firm or in debt counsellor environment will be to your advantage.
• Must have excellent organisation, time management and reporting skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Computer literate.
• Advanced Excel skills.
CORE TASKS
• Sending reports, documents and emails to clients and debtors.
• Resolving debtor & client queries.
• Confirming & explaining balances of accounts.
