Grade 12 / Computer Literate: MS Office / SAP / Valid drivers licence and own reliable vehicle. Related tertiary qualification in business marketing and/or property management. Retail experience is essential.
3-5 years experience in the property / centre management industry.
Able to manage a centre by optimising all trading opportunities, including lease agreements, and ensure that the portfolio financial performance remains sound. Optimising the buildingâ€™s income stream by establishing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with tenant installations, inspections and general building administration. Basic technical knowledge, contract management, elementary financial management, workable knowledge of Company policies and procedures, in depth knowledge of lease agreements and understanding of cost budgeting.
