Job Description
Bookkeeper & Customer Services Assistant EE Position – Century City Cape Town.

Our Client which sells online products in Century City Cape Town is looking for Bookkeeper & Customer Service Assistant with 2-3 years’ experience. This person needs to have organizational & numeracy skills and accuracy. The successful candidate will be required to run the basic bookkeeping functions of the company but will also be expected to assist with Customer Service administration and Partner engagement. ONLY EE Candidates to Apply please.

Salary is up to R18000 pm NEG. Office hours includes every second Saturday from 9am to 1pm – NON-NEGOTIABLE

Can work Saturdays remotely if you have Wi-Fi facilities – THIS IS A EE Position.

Min Requirements

Matric
Candidate must have studied post - secondary accounting or bookkeeping - even as part of their business or management – Added Advantage
2-3 Years Bookkeeping accounts experience
Sage or Pastel Experience.
Customer service experience.
Be extremely computer literate. Specifically, Excel (preparation and use of spreadsheets) and Sage (Debtor Management).
Experience in Customer & Sales Management IT Systems would be beneficial.
Have experience with data entry and record keeping.
Accuracy and attention to detail is key. Numeracy and arithmetic skills are essential.
