Position for Barista
Job Description
The position is at a coffee roaster / retail shop. 2 years minimum experience in a similar environment. The Duties include
Welcoming customers by determining their coffee interests & needs.
Educating customers by presenting & explaining the coffee drinks menu
Sells coffees & related equipment by explaining differences in coffee beans & coffee preparation machines as well as demonstrating how brewing equipment operates.
Prepare & sell coffee drinks
Generate revenues by attracting new customers
Maintain inventories by counting & replenishing coffee bean stocks, brewing equipment, accessories & other supplies
Keep equipment operating by ensuring operating instructions are followed, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplier and cleaning procedures are adhered to
