Job Description
Poultry (Broiler) Assistant Farm Manager.
This versatile position is ideal for a young, dedicated, flexible, trustworthy person, looking for an opportunity to build a career in the Poultry industry.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for farming, enjoy new challenges, will have good practical problem-solving skills, be able to perform basic maintenance and will be able to work independently. The farm is located near Delmas / Bapsfontein /
The following is the Minimum criteria requirements:
Relevant experience in the poultry broiler industry is required.
Sober Habits
Fluent in Afrikaans and English (Verbal and Written)
Experience in General Maintenance
Valid Driver’s Licence
Computer Literate .
The candidate must have a high standard towards housekeeping and attention to detail;
The successful applicant must be self-motivated and have excellent people skills.
The following will be added advantages:
An agricultural qualification
Fluent in a Third Language.
Experience in Environmental controlled Broiler Houses.
Experience in Open Broiler Houses
Experience with the Rotem System.
