Job Summary
Position for Administrator
Job Description
A well-established growing national insurance brokerage is looking for a personal lines insurance administrator to join the team.

Area: Cape Town. Tygervalley

Salary: Market related

Position type: Full time.

The personal lines insurance administrator will be responsible for the full administrative functions of domestic short-term policies, this includes:

· Attending to claims
· Amendments/Endorsements
· Renewals.
· Generating quotes from various providers
· General account queries.
· Day to day interaction and feedback with domestic clients.

Requirements:
· Valid SA ID.
· Own transport.
· Clear criminal record.
· A minimum of 2-years insurance experience
· Good telephone and email etiquette.
· Candidates who are Bilingual will be preferred (Afrikaans and English)

Experience in the following is required:
· Renewals
· Amendments.
· Endorsements
· Policy administration
. Claims
· Microsoft Word and excel.
· Experience in FSP office solutions beneficial but not essential.
Education:

.Gr 12 (matric) (Required)
.RE 1 beneficial but not essential
