EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent Role

SECTOR: Finance / Accounting

BASIC SALARY: R30 000 – R35 000 per month / merit bonus

START DATE: January 2020

DUTIES

• Payroll inclusive of enquiries with SARS


• Processing of Stat returns


• VAT


• Books to Trial Balance


• Invoicing – queries / other


• Creditors (local / international)


• Debtors (credit control)


• B-BBEE certificate maintenance


• Petty Cash


• Organise IT needs


• Ad hoc duties

APPLICANTS MUST HAVE

• Senior Certificate / Degree / Articles


• Credit and Criminal Clear


• A solid understanding of returns to SARS returns (payroll related)


• Experience in VAT


• Proficient in current B-BBEE requirements


• Computer literate in a recognised accounting package


• Good Excel


• An excellent command in the English language


• Ability to work to deadlines


• Be a self-starter and able to work within a small team in an informal environment


• Have a strong attention to detail


• Own reliable transport / valid driver’s licence
